Everything you need to know about the National Integration Party (NIP)
Find answers to common questions about NIP's vision, membership, activities, and how you can contribute to building a united and prosperous Kenya.
The National Integration Party (NIP) is a political party dedicated to transcending ethnic, regional, and social divisions in Kenya. Anchored in the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, we champion good governance, inclusivity, and sustainable development. Our motto "Pamoja Tunainuka" (Together We Rise) reflects our commitment to fostering national unity and shared prosperity for all Kenyans.
"Pamoja Tunainuka" is Swahili for "Together We Rise." This motto embodies our party's core philosophy that Kenya can only achieve true prosperity when all citizens, regardless of their ethnic, regional, or social background, work together towards common goals of unity, development, and shared progress.
The National Integration Party is founded on the ideology of Inclusive Nationalism and Shared Prosperity. We believe in creating a Kenya where every citizen has equal opportunities and access to resources, where national identity transcends tribal affiliations, and where economic growth benefits all communities equitably.
Any Kenyan citizen who shares our vision of national unity, good governance, and inclusive development is welcome to join NIP. We welcome members from all ethnic backgrounds, regions, professions, and social groups. Our strength lies in our diversity and commitment to building a cohesive nation.

NIP has a grassroots democratic structure with positions at four levels: Polling Centre, Ward, Constituency, and County. Members can participate in elections to become officials at any of these levels, allowing you to serve your community and contribute to party leadership from the ground up.
NIP is guided by five core values: Rule of Law (strict adherence to the Constitution of Kenya, 2010), Zero Tolerance for Corruption (maintaining integrity and transparency), Fair Resource Allocation (equitable access for all Kenyans), Prudent Resource Management (responsible stewardship of funds), and Sustainable Stewardship (protecting the environment for future generations).
We promote national integration through inclusive policies that transcend ethnic and regional divisions, equitable resource distribution, youth and women empowerment programs, grassroots engagement across all communities, and by championing a national identity that celebrates our diversity while uniting us under common values and goals.
NIP maintains a zero-tolerance policy on corruption. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all party operations and leadership activities. We believe that corruption undermines development and national unity, and we are dedicated to building a culture of accountability at all levels of governance.
